German-Polish Energy Summit 2026 sponsored by HCE

The energy transition in Poland and Germany is making progress. But what is the current status, and can we really say that progress is being made? What are the latest developments and market shifts? What role does grid expansion play for renewables, and what about battery energy storage systems (BESS)? Where is energy policy heading, and what new challenges must the energy sectors in Poland, Germany and Europe face?

We will be discussing these topics and more at the

Wind Energy 2026 - HCE Stand 114 / Hall A1

It has now been a few days since WindEnergy Hamburg 2026, but its impact is still being felt.

Our topics this year โ€“ wind, PV, grid connection and, in particular, the combination of our projects and investments with BESS โ€“ were very well received and generated a great deal of interest.

Were we on summer break?

No, weโ€™ve been โ€“ and still are โ€“ busier than ever before, driving forward numerous renewable energy projects. Something weโ€™ve been doing successfully for over 25 years.

In our first post in quite some time, you can see what we do, plan and build on a daily basis. Almost every day, an HCE foundation for the energy transition in Germany or elsewhere is designed, reinforced, concreted, inspected, and a wind turbine is erected on top of it, commissioned or used to generate green electricity.

Soil Protection Plan NLW

Soil is a finite resource โ€“ and particularly vulnerable on building sites.

Heavy machinery, wet ground, open areas on slopes: once soil has been compacted or washed away, the damage often persists for decades. This is precisely where a soil protection plan in accordance with DIN 19639 comes into play. It sets out, before construction begins, how to minimise disruption and protect the soil โ€“ and is increasingly a requirement for planning permission.

The key points are:
– Soil survey (KA6), assessing susceptibility to compaction and erosion
– Space-saving planning, balanced mass balance

Contract Extension

HCEโ€™s Thomas Hartwig, Dipl.-Ing., has been appointed by Vestas as installation supervisor in accordance with public construction law for the erection of the wind turbine in Rommerskirchen.

HCE has been supporting the project since the foundation design phase and has been monitoring the construction of the foundations.
