Our research team works at the cutting edge of wind energy and product development. Side by side with leading turbine manufacturers, we act as co-structural developers for the prototypes that will define the next generation of wind power. We think further, calculate deeper and test bolder than the industry standard.
Our focus covers the entire structure: innovative foundation concepts, advanced tower solutions and hybrid designs that combine materials and systems in entirely new ways. In pile foundation engineering, we have developed type-approved products that set new standards in efficiency and reliability. And when tomorrow’s rotor blades need to prove themselves, we design the test stands that push them to their limits, from Europe to China.

CAD: Where Engineering Takes Shape – Every great idea needs a precise plan. Our CAD team turns calculations into drawings that builders can trust.
We remember where it all began: at the drawing board. Today, that same craftsmanship lives on in modern 2D and 3D design. Whether in building construction or civil engineering, from formwork and reinforcement drawings for wind turbine foundations to plans for industrial buildings, logistics centres, substations, bridges and infrastructure projects, we create drawings that leave nothing to chance.
More than 50,000 wind turbine sites worldwide are based on HCE designs, and at least one more is added every day. Behind each of them are clear, accurate drawings that guide construction teams on site, in many languages and across many countries.
Beyond wind energy, we bring building construction projects to life, from the very first design sketch all the way to detailed execution planning. Every phase is drawn with the same precision and care.

MODULE 5
Infrastructure Planning: Paving the Way – Picture a rotor blade longer than a football pitch, winding its way through narrow village streets at night. Or a crane lifting hundreds of tonnes deep in a forest or on a hilltop that was difficult to reach just weeks before. Moments like these do not happen by chance. They are planned.
Our logistics studies trace every metre of the route in advance: every curve, every slope, every bottleneck, every bridge. Whether through dense woodland or across hilly terrain, we know where heavy transports can pass and where solutions are needed.
We then design what it takes to get there: access roads, forest tracks and crane pads built to withstand enormous loads, even on steep gradients and sensitive ground. Where routes cross rivers, valleys or existing networks, we plan and assess bridges and other engineering structures.
Geotechnical insight, structural expertise and hands-on experience come together in infrastructure that simply works.

EPC Management: One Partner, the Whole Journey – A greenfield site. A vision for clean energy. And between them, countless decisions, disciplines and deadlines. This is where our EPC management comes in.
We guide wind farms and energy projects worldwide from the very first idea to the moment the power starts flowing. Engineering, procurement and construction are coordinated from a single source, with clear responsibility and one point of contact.
Behind this stands the full strength of our expertise. Geotechnical investigation and foundation design. Access roads, crane pads and logistics studies for heavy transports. Structural and electrical engineering for substations, grid connections and battery storage. Precise CAD drawings, tendering, construction supervision and commissioning. All disciplines work hand in hand, so interfaces become connections rather than risks.
